Our innovative research and development center has a team of experienced researchers, led by a qualified Food Science Manager with a high level of expertise in Food Technology and ingredients for the Gelato and Patisserie industry. The main goal is to provide both theoretical and practical research and study services, adopting a dynamic and customer-oriented approach, and to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of the most innovative customers.
