Pavone is a leading brand in the production of choux buns – made for a range of uses, in a variety of sizes, with different mixes – and soup delicacies, for traditional Italian dishes such as Zuppa Reale and Zuppa Imperiale. Foundation: Alvena was established by Ferdinando Perucchetti in the late 1980s
